A question to Anarcho-Capitalists

So, I’m pretty sure you are all sick and tired of “But who will build the roads?” I a can now see how private road ownership could, theoretically, work, although I don’t think it would be the most efficient way, but that not the point of this post. This is something that effects me more directly. So, in the last century, there has been a lot of coal mining in my area. It has stopped now (Because coal here couldn’t keep being competitive, and in the last few years only survived because of subsidies), with the last nine closing down a few years ago. However, this has created a problem for my area. Because of the mining, the ground level has sunk. It has sunk below ground water level. That means that the area where I live would be flooded, were it not for lots of pumps that pump the excess ground water into a nearby river. These pump are financed by taxes. Now, ideally, the mining would have never happened, meaning that the pumps would have never needed to be build. But it has. And so the pump must keep going. Forever. The pumps can’t stop, not ever. And this is not some small area we are talking about, tens or maybe even hundreds of thousands of people live in areas that are dependent on the pumps.

So here is the question. Who should pay for that, if the taxes. Now, I personally see multiple options here, all of which are bad. Of course, in the ideal world, the companies responsible would pay. But those companies don’t exist anymore, most have stopped exiting decades ago. So that’s not an option. Then, you could say that you could just stop the pumps, but that would lead to a lot of people losing their property through no fault of their own, including my family, which doesn’t seem like all that great a solution to me. Then of course, you could say that the people living there would pay for the pumps. Multiple problems with that: First of, the free rider problem: Unless you make it mandatory for the people of the area (Like a sort of tax, that would be raised by whom), there will be people who will just not pay, science they dot get an immediate downside if everyone else keep paying. And considering that a lot of the affected areas are rather poor neighbourhoods, this seems very likely. This also brings me to Problem 2 with this: Because a lot of the neighbourhoods are very poor, paying for their local pumps would probably take a lot more money that many people there can afford to spend. Which is a problem. So I really don’t see any great way of of this without the taxes and a state. What are your thoughts on this?

Left wing Socialism vs Right wing Socialism 101, different flavors of the same Hegelian shit, in all aspects of our lives and economy

Basically, all socialism derives from Hegelian philosophies. A set of incredibly violent philosophies designed to keep people fighting all the time, so elitist rulers can come in and dominate the fray. The rise of Hegelian philosophies was a direct response to the fact that the rise of libertarianism (called liberalism back then) was making people too free, too prosperous, and too independent of the King. This was becoming a direct strategic threat to elitist power, hence a new philosophical movement emerged to crush the rise of libertarian independence.

True to their divide and conquer strategies, the Hegelians are divided into two distinct camps. A left wing camp, and a right wing camp. The left wing socialists want to abolish your religion, your property rights, and your family, and let them all be controlled and owned by the elite, but will let you have personal freedom over your body. The right wing socialists want to leave your property, family, and religious structures in tact, but require all your actions to be dedicated to the elite, and won't let you have personal freedom over your body. The left wing socialists, want their system to be of global control, global dominance, the right wing ones want it to be of national control, national dominance. The left wing socialists typically want to strip you of any identity to nation or community, and crush those that do, the right wing socialists typically want to force you to identify with their nation or community, and crush those who don't.

When the socialists want the government to own and control all the health care, that's left wing socialism, when they want health care services to be privately owned and provided, but hyper-regulate them under state control, that's right wing socialism.

When the socialists want the government to control and run the schools directly, that's left wing socialism. When the they want the schools to be privately funded, through vouchers and such, but want to hyper-regulate what they do and teach, that's right wing socialism.

When the socialists want to control your sexuality and what drugs you use, that's right wing socialism. When they force you to break up your family under state dependence, and force your kids to be under the control of their education systems, and demand that your dump your religion, that's left wing socialism.

The left wing socialists want the state to own all the houses, and let you live in it, the right wing socialists will let you own it, but zone it to death.

When they take your money, and run your retirement, that's left wing socialism. When they regulate where you can spend and use your money in your retirement account, that's right wing socialism.

The left and right wing socialists are in constant motion, they never stop, and are constantly fighting. When the left wing socialist education system fails, the right wing one immediately steps in and demands to regulate everything. When the right wing health care system fails, the left wing steps in and immediately demands government control over health care.

While they seem like they are different, they are really the same. Without fail, some elitist asshole in charge always ends up owning everything, or controlling everything other people own.
